Secure Start

Create your escrow agreement quickly and safely.

1. Verify Your Identity with eKYC

Before transacting, both parties complete a quick, one-time eKYC. We verify that you are a real person to eliminate scammers and bots. To protect your privacy, your identity data is encrypted and kept separate from your future transaction history.

2. Create a Private Escrow Link

Once verified, the seller or buyer initiates a transaction. You set the amount and define the Release Conditions (e.g., "Upon delivery of files"). Because we are a blind escrow, you don't need to tell us what the item is—we only need to know the "if/then" logic of the deal.

3. Create a Private Escrow Link

The buyer deposits the funds into our secure, neutral holding account. EscrowPay notifies the seller that the funds are Secured in Custody. The money is now locked and cannot be withdrawn by either party until the conditions are met.

4. Verification & Blind Release

The seller delivers the goods or services. Once the buyer confirms that the conditions have been satisfied, they trigger the Release. ### 5. Final Settlement & Data Purge Funds are instantly transferred to the seller. To ensure total privacy, once a transaction is finalized, we purge the specific deal conditions from our active records. We hold the payment, verify the completion, and then exit the picture—leaving no record of your private business.
